Automotive Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City has a rare administrative opening on our busy support team. We are looking for a Dealer Administrator Assistant to provide support for both our Sales and Service teams. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Pay is $15/hour.

SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the assigned management department. Compile and maintain records of the business transactions and office activities of the dealership.

Essential Duties:

• Process North Carolina (NC) and Virginia (VA) DMV transactions accurately and efficiently

• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, integrity, and composure; , refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution

• Maintain and scan repair orders and parts invoices

• Organize and manage filing systems

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

*Compose and prepare routine correspondence.
*Assist with additional office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive titling experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent telephone and communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Comfortable with learning new technology

• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
