What You'll Do
As a Service BDC Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound service calls, emails, and online appointment requests
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with service advisors
- Making outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, and upcoming appointments
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information in dealership systems
- Providing outstanding customer service and communication throughout the service process
- Supporting service department operations through consistent customer engagement and organization
- Assisting in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
