What you’ll do:

Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
Build rapport and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers. Address customer concerns and escalate as appropriate.
Manage and maintain electronic records using various technologies, including CRM and Microsoft tools.
Maintain working knowledge of dealership products, services, procedures, and policies.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

What you’ll need:

Education: Associate's degree preferred - Can be substituted for HS Diploma and 3 years relevant experience

One-year relevant experience preferred (call center, sales, automotive, BDC)
