Automotive Center Manager

Job Summary
As an Automotive Center Manager, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive service and repair. What you’ll do

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the automotive center, including staff performance and customer service excellence.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor team members on automotive repair techniques, effective use of hand tools and power tools, and best practices in auto body repair.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to maintain high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for efficient operations.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth within the center.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols while performing heavy lifting or other physically demanding tasks.

Basic qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

Preferred qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role within an automotive service environment.
• Familiarity with auto restoration techniques is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
