Responsibilities

  • Scheduling service appointments for customers

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails

  • Responding to internet service inquiries

  • Answering questions about maintenance, recalls, and warranty coverage

  • Following up with customers regarding appointments and recommendations

  • Working closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Entering customer information accurately into the CRM

  • Maintaining detailed customer and service records


Qualifications

  • Customer‑focused, energetic, and self‑motivated

  • Experience in customer service or call center environments

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

  • Excellent computer and typing skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with Volie, CDK, or XTime is a plus

  • Ability to address customer concerns promptly and professionally


Working Hours


This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled between 9am–6pm and 10am–7pm. Candidates must be available to work these shifts, including alternating weekends, as our department operates 7 days a week.
