Friendly Auto Group is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team in the Finance Manager role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track of resilience and customer satisfaction. This role requires experience with new car, used car, and special finance.

Job Description

The Finance Manager role will entail the following:

• Secure financing for all potential car deals
• Connect with customers to build rapport and discover their unique financial needs
• Offer a full suite of products with a high rate of success
• Review credit applications
• Ensure accuracy of all documents before being sent to a financial institution
• Research and increase knowledge of all financial aspects pertaining to customers approvals and denials.
• Educate oneself on current market rates and trends
• Demonstrate constant resilience, honesty and ethical behavior
• Earn up to 18.5% commission based on PVR and PPD
• Monthly performance bonus available

Experience

• 3 years, minimum, of proven success in a prior finance role
• Exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor
• Highly organized with superior negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Professional appearance and work ethic at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
