Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven F&I Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the financing and protection product process while ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive experience.

You’ll work closely with the sales team and lenders to structure deals, present products, and maximize profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, etc.)
• Secure financing through a network of lenders
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while staying compliant
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Deliver a clear, transparent, and positive customer experience
• Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous F&I experience in automotive is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and deal structuring
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
