Automotive Foreman

An Automotive Foreman is a supervisory role that manages the day-to-day operations of an automotive repair shop. They oversee technicians, ensuring quality of work, managing schedules, and maintaining equipment. The foreman also handles inventory, safety, and may be involved in training new staf

• Supervising Technicians: Directing and managing a team of automotive technicians, ensuring they follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Scheduling and Workload: Planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks to technicians, and managing workload to optimize efficiency.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of repairs and services, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Safety: Enforcing safety regulations and procedures within the shop
• Problem-Solving: Addressing technical and logistical issues that arise in the shop.
• Communication: Communicating with customers, service advisors, and other departments as needed.
• Must Have a knowledge of multi brand vehicles maintance and maintain dealer standard

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month

• AUTOMOBILES: 5 years (Required)
