Automotive Foreman – Mercedes-Benz Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Foreman with strong expertise in Mercedes-Benz vehicles to lead workshop operations for a new project. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with leadership ability to ensure high-quality service and efficient team performance.

• Supervise and manage workshop technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation and high-quality workmanship
• Oversee advanced diagnostics using XENTRY / DAS systems and support troubleshooting of complex issues
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Interpret diagnostic reports accurately and guide repair processes
• Verify repair quality through testing and ensure proper documentation and service records
• Coordinate daily workshop operations to maintain productivity, safety standards, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Technician or Foreman in an automotive workshop
• Strong hands-on experience with Mercedes-Benz diagnostics (XENTRY / DAS preferred)
• Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic vehicle systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
