Infiniti of Norwood is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Automotive General Manager to lead dealership operations, drive profitability, and elevate the customer experience across all departments. Position Summary

The Automotive General Manager will oversee all dealership operations including Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of increasing revenue, improving operational efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining exceptional CSI scores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily dealership operations across all departments
• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitability
• Oversee fixed operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and growth initiatives
• Monitor financial statements, budgets, and KPIs to maximize profitability
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-performing talent
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first service
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, state regulations, and company policies
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives
• Analyze market trends and implement strategies to remain competitive

• Proven prior leadership experience in automotive dealership management
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and improve performance metrics
• Demonstrated success leading multi-department teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to drive culture, accountability, and employee engagement
• Hands-on approach with a results-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership General Manager or senior automotive leadership experience
• Experience with Infiniti is a plus
• Strong understanding of variable and fixed operations
• Proven record of achieving sales and profitability goals
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing dealership financials and forecasting
• Strong customer service and team-building mindset
• CDJR experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
