Senior HR Executive-Automotive Experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Automotive-Oriented HR Planning & System Construction
2. Establish and improve HR management systems and standard processes that comply with local UAE laws and reflect the characteristics of the automotive industry, ensuring compliant operations.
3. Automotive Talent Pipeline Building & Assessment
Lead the diagnosis and demand forecasting for key automotive professional talent pipelines.
4. Responsible for the localization and development of local talent assessment tools, utilizing professional assessment methods.
5. Innovate overseas talent introduction, training, and support mechanisms, optimizing supply models for both localized (Emiratization) and international automotive talent.
6. HR Digitalization & Efficiency Improvement
7. Standardize overseas personnel data management, generating accurate HR data reports to support regional management's talent decisions.
8. Daily Operations & Cross-Cultural Integration.
9. Manage employee relations and properly handle labor disputes, fostering a positive and inclusive cross-cultural working atmosphere.
10. Oversee daily HR operational tasks such as compensation & benefits and performance management, ensuring the fairness and competitiveness of incentive policies in the local market.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years HR experience in the automotive industry. Prior HR experience in OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), large automotive dealership groups, or core enterprises within the automotive supply chain is strictly required.
2. Must have minimum 2 years in a senior HR experience in UAE.
3. Deep understanding of the business logic and talent structure of the automotive industry, with familiarity in the competency models and talent distribution of key automotive positions (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, After-sales, etc.).
4. Should be available in UAE for the face to face interview
5. UAE driving license is must(Edited)

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per hour
