Job Summary
Responsible for handling Technician calls, ordering glass parts, and routing technicians; and daily communication with Glass General Managers about the schedule and helping the Customer Service Team with any scheduling questions in the Glass Markets.
Essential Job Duties

Order Auto Glass and Route Glass Technicians’ day for assigned markets

Communicate with Glass General Managers about any issues and go over the schedule for the next day

Getting approval on any aftermarket parts that are not automatically approved and need to be used

Go over previous day jobs to make sure a technician was able to mark them complete or not complete

Assist any Glass Customer Service Representatives that have questions about the scheduler

Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business
Skill/Requirements

1 year of Glass CSR Experience preferred

Attention to detail
-
Very Reliable and able a team player

Great written and verbal communication skills

Able to type 40+ words a minute and be a great multitasker
