Automotive Industry only - Salesman – Maintenance Services -

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesman specialized in automotive maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, solid sales experience, and leadership qualities to manage and grow the maintenance department effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell maintenance and repair services to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong product and technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, parts, and service options.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns, content ideas, and strategies to attract new customers.
• Supervise and oversee operations of the maintenance section, ensuring quality work and smooth workflow.
• Manage customer relationships professionally, handle inquiries, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and achieve a monthly sales target of AED 500,000.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a professional salesperson in automotive maintenance or service departments (luxury car experience preferred).
• Must provide details of previous companies worked with during the interview.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, service pricing, and vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and control operational activities within the maintenance section.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month
• Commission: Attractive performance-based commission

Additional Requirement:

Before attending the interview, the candidate must prepare and present a proposal outlining how they plan to work with the marketing team to promote maintenance services and attract new customers.
