Salesman – PPF, Detailing & Tint

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesman specialized in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Detailing, and Window Tinting services. The ideal candidate must have in-depth industry knowledge, strong sales skills, and leadership qualities to manage the PPF and Detailing department effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell PPF, detailing, and tinting services to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all PPF, tint, and detailing brands and their technical differences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns, content ideas, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Supervise and oversee operations of the PPF and detailing section, ensuring quality work and smooth workflow.
• Manage customer relationships professionally, handle inquiries, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and achieve a monthly sales target of AED 500,000.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a professional salesperson in the automotive detailing, PPF, or tinting industry.
• Must provide details of previous companies worked with during the interview.
• Strong knowledge of all major PPF, tint, and detailing brands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and control operational activities within the PPF and detailing section.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month
• Commission: Attractive performance-based commission

Additional Requirement:

Before attending the interview, the candidate must prepare and present a proposal outlining how they plan to work with the marketing team to promote services and attract new customers.
