We’re hiring an assertive, customer-obsessed Sales Associate to be the face of our dealership—answering every question, turning complaints into fans, and moving the showroom forward every hour of every day.

What You’ll Do Lead the floor: Greet every guest fast, qualify needs, and guide them to the right vehicle, accessories, or service. Close the gaps: Handle questions, overcome objections, and elevate engagement with professional walk-throughs and demos. Run the numbers: Operate POS/DMS systems, process transactions accurately, and balance drawers when required. Win the day: Hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals for appointments, demos, and sold units/accessories. Merchandise the showroom: Keep vehicles, signage, and displays flawless and on-brand. Market the moment: Introduce promotions, cross-sell add-ons/warranties, and increase average ticket. Protect the relationship: Manage complaints with empathy and speed; follow up within 24 hours to confirm satisfaction. Stay sharp: Continually update knowledge of product, incentives, policies, and competitive advantages.

What You Bring Education: High school diploma or Associate’s degree. Experience: Retail or dealership sales experience preferred; proven customer-service track record.

Communication: Professional presence with excellent verbal/written skills; confident presenting to individuals or groups. Math & systems: Comfortable with basic math, retail math, and CRM/POS tools. Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
