Automotive Internet Sales Manager | Rairdon’s Honda of Burien | Burien, WA

Job Type: Full-Time | Great Benefits

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 15 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

Are you a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of internet-based automotive sales? Rairdon’s Honda of Burien is looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to join our digital sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and respond to all online sales leads through CRM and third-party platforms.
  • Coordinate efforts with the showroom sales staff.
  • Help manage the sales customer experience.
  • Maintain high follow-up standards and ensure seamless digital-to-showroom customer experience.
  • Track performance metrics and generate weekly reports for upper management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in automotive internet sales or BDC (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of current online buying behaviors.
