Marketing Mnager (AUTOMOTIVE)

Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing thorough marketing and product plans. This involves conducting market research, outlining product requirements, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position consists of developing effective marketing campaigns, ensuring proper launches, and monitoring market trends. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills and profound knowledge of the automotive industry are essential for success in this position.

B. Responsibilities and Duties

· Develop and implement strategic marketing and product strategies aligned with business goals.

· Deep knowledge in digital marketing.

· Perform comprehensive market research to reveal industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor actions.

· Oversee the entire product lifecycle from development to release, ensuring successful and timeline launches.

· Devise and implement effective marketing campaigns for product promotion and strengthening of brand presence.

· Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns effectively, ROI, and Customer feedback.

· Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer input to improve decision-making.

· Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

· Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to create impactful marketing materials.

· Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, online advertising, and email marketing.

· Develop and optimize online content to drive engagement and generate leads.

· Plan and execute product launch campaigns, ensuring effective communication of key features and benefits.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product availability.

· Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.

· Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence in all marketing activities.

· Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer preferences, and emerging trends.

· Use research findings to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

· Work closely with dealership teams to align marketing efforts with local promotions and initiatives.

· Provide marketing support to enhance dealership visibility and drive showroom traffic.

· Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver maximum impact.

· Monitor expenses and provide regular budget reports.

· Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future marketing efforts.

· Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and product launches to showcase vehicles.

· Collaborate with event organizers, manage logistics, and ensure successful execution.

· Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.

· Manage press releases, interviews, and media coverage to enhance brand visibility.

Job Specifications

1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience

a) Academic Qualification and Professional Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

b) Experience (minimum preferred)

· 7+ years of experience in marketing or product management roles, with a focus on the automotive industry.

2. Technical Requirements

· Able to demonstrate key marketing competencies and a proven track record in branding, and marketing campaigns.

· Proficient in computer applications

- MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

- Email software (MS Outlook and other)

· Hold a valid UAE driving UAE license.

· Fluent in English

· Capacity to develop and execute effective marketing and product strategies.

· Skill in collaborating with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.

· Expertise in devising and implementing effective marketing initiatives.

· Ability to monitor and assess product performance using key metrics.
