Job Summary
- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans to increase leads, sales, and brand awareness.
- Manage online advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and monitor performance analytics.
- Oversee social media accounts: create engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to customer interactions.
- Plan and coordinate dealership promotions, community events, and sponsorships.
- Optimize website and online listings (Google Business, AutoTrader, Cars.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
- Manage digital reputation — monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
- Work with sales and finance teams to align marketing campaigns with dealership goals.
- Track campaign ROI, lead sources, and conversion metrics.
- Supervise photography, video production, and other creative materials for inventory and branding.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and competitor marketing efforts.
Duties

- Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Coordinate advertising sales initiatives and manage relationships with external vendors for print advertising and digital campaigns.
- Lead B2B marketing efforts to expand our reach within the industry.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape insights.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience with multichannel marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Understanding of HTML for basic website edits and enhancements.
- Excellent copywriting skills to craft persuasive messaging across various mediums.
