AUTOMOTIVE MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans to increase leads, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Manage online advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and monitor performance analytics.
  • Oversee social media accounts: create engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to customer interactions.
  • Plan and coordinate dealership promotions, community events, and sponsorships.
  • Optimize website and online listings (Google Business, AutoTrader, Cars.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
  • Manage digital reputation — monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
  • Work with sales and finance teams to align marketing campaigns with dealership goals.
  • Track campaign ROI, lead sources, and conversion metrics.
  • Supervise photography, video production, and other creative materials for inventory and branding.
  • Stay updated on automotive trends and competitor marketing efforts.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with target audiences.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate advertising sales initiatives and manage relationships with external vendors for print advertising and digital campaigns.
  • Lead B2B marketing efforts to expand our reach within the industry.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Understanding of HTML for basic website edits and enhancements.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to craft persuasive messaging across various mediums.
  • Experience in Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords for targeted ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data from Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
