Automotive Mechanic

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of automotive systems. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Job Requirements:

• Must have a Valid driver’s license.
• Previous automotive repair and maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability and desire to constantly learn and improve mechanical skills.
• Certification or desire to obtain certification in all ASE standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player.
• Computer literate.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have equipment and tools to perform all mechanical repair.
• State Inspection License Preferred but not required.

Duties will include:

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.
• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and recommend fixes.
• Road test vehicles
• Repairs to body panels, minor body work may be required.
• On site and off-site jobs.
• Maintaining proper safety standards and adhering to state laws and requirements.
• Maintain and clean garage equipment, garage area, and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times
• Maintain and keep customers vehicles clean and tidy while in our care by using proper protection. i.e. steering wheel cover, seat covers and floor mats.
