Automotive Mechanic With R&R Transmission Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics on all types of vehicle's, Check Engine Lights, Ect
• Conduct repairs on various vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems.
• Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for tasks involving welding, mechanical adjustments, and component replacements.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot automotive electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicles are returned in optimal condition.

Requirements

• Proven mechanic experience with dealership or automotive repair shop background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics, and electrical systems.
• Transmissions Removal and Replacement and other Powertrain Components.
• Familiarity Transmission service, Shocks & Struts Replacement.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software confidently.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicles or similar makes is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per week
