About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Paint Mixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing automotive paints to precise specifications, ensuring accurate color matching and high-quality finishes for vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Mix automotive paints according to formulas, specifications, and customer requirements
• Perform accurate color matching using tools, software, and visual checks
• Maintain and calibrate mixing equipment to ensure accuracy
• Store and handle paints, chemicals, and materials safely
• Collaborate with painters and technicians to achieve required results
• Maintain inventory of paints and related supplies
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Mixer / Color Matcher
• Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, materials, and application processes
• Familiarity with mixing machines, formulas, and color-matching techniques
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision
• UAE experience is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
