Automotive Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and add-ons
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Bilingual ( Arabic & English)
• Valid Qatar driver’s license
