We are seeking relationship-oriented and charismatic Sales Consultants to build rapport with potential car buyers. Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

  • Greet and welcome customers into the dealership and match the customer to the appropriate/right vehicle.
  • Learn and understand vehicle and product knowledge.
  • Communicate benefits and value to customers
  • Lead in the sales process, with management assistance.
  • Contact your sold customers at least every 6 months (phone or email) to keep in touch.
  • Maintain good customer service - Sales satisfaction survey goal of top 100%.
  • Generate DealerRater reviews monthly and generate direct referrals.
  • Prospect through networking for additional sales leads.
  • Enter all daily activity into CRM.

Skills and Experience
:

  • General computer, typing, email and text messaging system skills.
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience a plus.
  • Valid driver license and clean DMV record.

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
