Profile Summary:
Customer-focused Automotive Sales and Customer Service professional with experience in assisting clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored vehicle solutions. Skilled in building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing and vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up after sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic required; English is a plus).
  • Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
