Automotive Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential buyers through effective communication, actively listening to their needs and preferences to tailor recommendations.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services.

- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits in a professional, detailed and compelling manner.

- Negotiate prices with customers, demonstrating flexibility while maximizing profit margins.

- Maintain an organized inventory of products, including regular updates on availability and condition for internal tracking and customer inquiries.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, utilizing social media, online platforms, and local events.

- Provide exemplary customer service throughout the buying process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages referrals and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate smooth transactions, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and processed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing is preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

- High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.

- Strong time management skills.

- Excellent multitasking skills.

- Highly developed attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
