Automotive Sales Executive - Luxury brands

Job Purpose:
To contribute to the success of the team and organization by supporting sales and marketing activities, expanding the customer network, and assisting the Sales & Marketing leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Maintain professional presentation standards at all times
  • Support and monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate trade-in vehicles in line with company guidelines
  • Ensure vehicle deliveries are handled as a premium experience, with full product explanation
  • Liaise with banks and insurance providers to secure favorable deals for customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure resolution
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and high-quality customer service
  • Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after sales
  • Contribute to team objectives and foster a strong team spirit
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales
  • Experience in a premium or luxury automotive environment is highly preferred
  • Strong customer focus with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
  • Good understanding of premium/luxury service standards

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
