Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs

Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions effectively

Recommend suitable models, upgrades, and financing options tailored to each client

Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth registration, insurance, and delivery

Follow up on leads to maximize conversion opportunities

Build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably within a dealership
-
Proven track record in selling either volume or luxury vehicles is a strong advantage

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership DMS systems
-
Customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven personality
