Automotive Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive sales and team leadership, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance and motivation to team members.
• Have strong capabilities to handle Business Score Card of Principal company in achieving targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and management to align sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in automotive sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong understanding of the local automotive market and trends.
