Automotive Sales Manager – Maintenance Services.

We are hiring a Sales Manager / Maintenance Sales who truly understands automotive services, knows how to sell high-value maintenance solutions, and can take full control of the maintenance department commercially and operationally.

We are not looking for an ordinary salesperson.
We need someone who knows how to:

— bring real customers
— sell service at serious value
— understand technical repair operations
— control service workflow
— work directly with the marketing team
— influence revenue in measurable numbers

This role is not simply sales.
It is direct responsibility for revenue generation and commercial growth of the maintenance division.

Mandatory Requirements:

— Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in automotive maintenance / service sales
— Luxury car experience is strongly preferred
— Deep understanding of maintenance processes, pricing logic, spare parts, and repair structures
— Strong customer handling ability
— Capability to manage and control operational flow inside the maintenance section
— Ability to close serious deals under pressure
