We manage the entire process — vehicle sourcing, inspection, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery — providing clients with a transparent, end-to-end car importing experience.

With a growing reputation for honesty, professionalism, and premium service, Nova Motors is expanding its network of commission-based independent sales representatives in the UAE.

The Role

We are seeking experienced sales professionals based in the UAE to work with us as independent contractors on a 100% commission-based basis.

This role is suitable for individuals who are comfortable working independently, sourcing their own leads, and earning based on performance.

Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a fixed salary or guaranteed income.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients interested in importing vehicles (individual buyers and car dealerships)
  • Present Nova Motors services clearly and professionally
  • Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and social media
  • Conduct initial discussions and client qualification
  • Coordinate with Nova Motors’ operations team for pricing and approvals
  • Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, or in person when required
  • Maintain follow-ups and provide updates on deal progress

All final pricing, approvals, contracts, and guarantees are issued directly by Nova Motors.

Compensation (Commission-Based – Please Read Carefully)

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income.

How commission is earned:

  • Commission is earned for each successfully completed client transaction.
  • A transaction is considered complete once the client confirms and completes payment for the service.
  • Commission is calculated as a fixed amount per deal, depending on the type of client and transaction size.

Typical commission per completed deal:

  • B2C (individual clients): approximately AED 2,000 – 6,000 per completed transaction
  • B2B (dealers / showrooms): approximately AED 5,000 – 10,000 per completed vehicle transaction

Commission amounts depend on the transaction type and deal size.

Payment timing:

  • Commission is paid after the client’s payment has been received and confirmed by Nova Motors.

Earnings vary based on individual performance, deal volume, and deal size.

Work Structure

  • Independent contractor role (not an employment position)
  • No base salary or employment benefits
  • Flexible working hours
  • Contractor is responsible for their own visa and taxes
  • No authority to legally bind Nova Motors or issue guarantees

Requirements

  • Based in the UAE
  • Proven sales experience in any field (automotive or high-ticket sales is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own leads
  • Familiar with WhatsApp, social media platforms, and online communication tools
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
