What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

Lead and manage day-to-day on-ground operations to ensure a seamless product experience during test drives, vehicle deliveries, and other customer-facing activities.
Oversee inbound and outbound processes, as well as vehicle washing and prep operations for in-house cars.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements across inbound and outbound vehicle management to enhance TAT and overall customer delivery experience.
Manage and coordinate a team of 20+ personnel (including outsourced staff, drivers, and in-house supervisors) to ensure quality and efficiency at each operational stage.
Ensure the daily processing of 150–200+ vehicles, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the delivery cycle.

What’s Under The Hood?

Must have valid UAE Driving License
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
Proven problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong leadership qualities, especially in managing large teams under pressure.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
