  • Act as the main contact between customers and the workshop team.
  • Greet customers, understand their service needs, and record job details accurately.
  • Prepare and issue repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
  • Keep customers informed on job progress, additional work, and delivery time.
  • Provide honest service recommendations.
  • Inspect vehicles with customers during check-in and delivery.
  • Handle customer feedback, warranty claims, and service follow-ups professionally.
  • Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Liberty Car Care’s standards.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, and service workflows.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
