Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will act as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service operations while delivering excellent customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs.

· Open job cards and clearly document customer concerns.

· Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance.

· Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.

· Follow up with customers on service progress and approvals.

· Promote additional services, parts, and maintenance packages (upselling).

· Ensure proper vehicle handover and explain completed work.

· Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.

· Maintain accurate records of service history and transactions.

Requirements

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service center or dealership.

· Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance processes.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Proficient in computer systems and service software (DMS experience preferred).

· Fluent in Arabic and English.

· Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
