Automotive Service Advisor – Kaiman Auto (Dubai)

Kaiman Auto is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the main link between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflow, and high-quality service delivery. This role demands a strong focus on handling new enquiries, converting them into confirmed jobs, and maintaining long-term customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and ensuring high conversion into bookings.
• Provide accurate service estimates, clear repair explanations, and timely updates.
• Oversee job cards, technician assignments, and workflow management.
• Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery to ensure top service standards.
• Identify and recommend necessary maintenance or repair work to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal vehicle performance.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including conversion, productivity, and turnaround time.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a reputable workshop or dealership specializing in European high-end vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover).
• Solid technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Proven track record in converting enquiries into confirmed jobs and achieving KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 (depending on experience)
Incentive & Commission Program based on performance and achievement of KPIs
