Automotive Service Advisor and data entry

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Coordination

• Welcome customers and document vehicle service requests clearly and professionally

• Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs in customer-friendly language

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns

Data Entry & System Management

• Accurately input service orders, vehicle history, and customer data into Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Maintain up-to-date records of parts usage, labor hours, and service outcomes

• Generate reports and assist in service performance tracking using Dynamics tools

• Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and workflow

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
