Sales Coordinator

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and agreements in CRM or databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide prompt, professional responses.
  • Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and update management on progress.
  • Support in organizing meetings, sales presentations, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
