Job Description – Arabic Service Advisor (Automotive) | Abu Dhabi
Position Title: Arabic Service Advisor – Automotive
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
- Communicate with customers in Arabic and English, ensuring clear understanding of their concerns.
- Record customer requirements accurately and prepare job cards/work orders.
- Provide professional advice on service, maintenance, and repair needs based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
- Keep customers updated on job progress, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered back to customers in excellent condition with all requested work completed.
- Promote additional services, packages, or maintenance programs where applicable.
- Maintain service records in the company’s system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (minimum 2–3 years, preferably in dealership/authorized workshops).
- Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) and good command of English.
- Strong technical understanding of vehicles (mechanical & electrical basics).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and automotive service management systems.
