Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries with high accuracy and a professional, friendly tone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues regarding mail tracking, account settings, and service features.
- Monitor email queues to ensure all responses meet our 24-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Collaborate with the logistics and technical teams to resolve escalated or complex cases.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of company policies and service updates.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system for future reference and trend analysis.
Skills and Requirements
- Writing Excellence: Flawless grammar, spelling, and the ability to adapt your tone to suit different customer needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-Solving: A natural ability to identify the root cause of an issue and offer a clear, step-by-step solution.
- Efficiency: Strong time-management skills to handle high volumes without sacrificing quality.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a highly valued asset.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (Support, Hospitality, or Retail) is preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional writing skills.
