The Automotive Showroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales staff, and driving vehicle sales performance. This role ensures the showroom is well-presented, customer-focused, and aligned with company sales targets and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Showroom Operations Management
- Supervise daily activities within the showroom
- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and priced
- Maintain showroom standards, layout, and branding compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock/warehouse teams
2. Sales Team Supervision
- Lead, motivate, and monitor sales executives
- Set daily/weekly sales targets and track performance
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Assist team members in closing sales when needed
3. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Greet VIP or high-value customers when necessary
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and prospects
4. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Support achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales KPIs and prepare reports
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products (e.g., accessories, financing, insurance)
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and showroom campaigns
- Work with finance/insurance teams on deals and approvals
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and market trends
