As PROVEN Information Technologies, we have been producing software solutions in critical projects as a reliable business partner in the Automotive, Defense, Industrial Gas, and Finance sectors since 2014, with our software development, software testing, and R&D focused work.

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Senior Automotive Systems Engineer to contribute to our innovative automotive projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field)
  • 10+ years of professional experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Strong understanding of ECU architectures and functional integration between ECUs
  • In-depth knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet)
  • Hands-on experience using ECU log analysis tools, particularly Vector CANoe / CANalyzer
  • Proven experience in fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with key automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, ASPICE, etc.
  • Experience with automotive simulation environments (e.g., dSPACE, ETAS, MATLAB/Simulink, CarMaker, or similar) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ASAM, OpenDRIVE/OpenSCENARIO, and ADASIS standards is preferred
  • Proactive and self-motivated team player within an interdisciplinary project team, tackling problem-solving
  • A convincing communicator between different stakeholders
  • Experienced in working with agile development methods
  • Advanced level of English, capable of communicating effectively with customers and project partners

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers to quickly understand reported issues, analyze problems, gather relevant data, and translate findings into clear requirements
  • Support the team in analyzing ECU communication data (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet) to detect anomalies and system faults
  • Support root cause analysis and assist the team during diagnostic software development
  • Guide the team on automotive standards, communication stacks, and diagnostic workflows
  • Utilize automotive simulation platforms to build test environments, reproduce customer issues, and validate system behavior
  • Contribute to SIL/HIL simulation scenarios for verification of communication behavior and ECU interactions
  • Participate in the design and enhancement of our internal communication analysis and diagnostic software tools
  • Support end-to-end business analysis efforts for automotive-related projects and programs
  • Oversee internal/external PoC and demo development initiatives
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and proposal discussions to represent the company’s technical capabilities
