Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with hands-on experience across multiple car brands to join our dynamic team. The technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnostics, and intermediate repairs with a strong emphasis on safety, service quality, and precision. The ideal candidate should be familiar with both conventional and hybrid vehicle systems and capable of delivering efficient service across a diverse range of models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tire inspections, replacements, and balancing.
• Conduct wheel alignments including rear adjustments.
• Carry out battery inspections, testing, and result interpretation using diagnostic tools.
• Execute A/C re-gas procedures safely and efficiently using proper refrigerant handling.
• Perform engine oil and filter changes.
• Apply knowledge of basic hybrid vehicle safety protocols.
• Conduct complete vehicle health checks and inspections.
• Service and replace basic steering and suspension components such as track rods, ball joints, and struts.
• Replace brake pads, discs, and bleed brake systems as required.
• Diagnose and replace faulty wheel bearings.
• Test alternators, perform radiator flushes, and inspect the charging and cooling systems.
• Perform hybrid vehicle servicing tasks including 12V battery checks and cleaning of cooling vents.
• Strictly adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and VPE (Vehicle Protective Equipment) usage.
• Ensure all repairs comply with torque specifications and OEM guidelines.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Document all service work accurately in job cards and communicate findings to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in multi-brand automotive servicing within the UAE or GCC.
• Competency in basic and intermediate battery, A/C, and brake services.
• Working knowledge of hybrid vehicle safety and servicing protocols.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service software, and OEM procedures.
• Technical diploma or certificate in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving license. (Plus)
• Previous experience in a multi-brand service center environment is highly desirable.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
