Automotive Technician

Position Summary-:

The Junior Diesel Fuel Injector Technician supports the inspection, assembly, adjustment, and calibration of diesel fuel injectors, particularly Common Rail systems. The role includes performing technical tasks under supervision, assisting in preparing injectors for customer delivery, and handling basic repair and maintenance procedures.

Job Responsibilities-:

1. Job Intake and Quotation Support

· Identify and check new injector jobs (especially Common Rail) that arrive without quotations.

· Inspect injectors to assess their condition and log required services.

· Assist in preparing quotations using the company’s digital quotation system.

2. Injector Assembly and Adjustment

• Assemble injectors that have been approved for repair.
• Carry out adjustment procedures (MAKTES / AHE) as per technical guidelines.

3. Calibration

· Operate the EPS815 calibration machine to calibrate various injector types under supervision.

· Ensure calibration data matches performance standards

4. Final Processing

· Clean and prepare injectors after calibration.

· Pack injectors appropriately and place them in the designated collection area for dispatch.

5. Repair and Maintenance Tasks

• Support dismantling of injectors for further diagnostics (with approval).
• Assist in repair and calibration of:
• Petrol injectors
• Caterpillar injectors
• Piezo injectors
• Select mechanical injectors
• Clean and wash injectors as part of maintenance procedures.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
