Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Perform repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and other mechanical systems with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machines to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Service various vehicle systems including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), brakes, suspension, and steering to ensure safety and performance.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
- Complete vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working with automotive repairs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engines.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machines.
- Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar brands is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with auto estimating experience to communicate effectively with clients.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,200.00 per year
