NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN – Danny’s Automotive

Danny’s Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnostics, electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and overall vehicle maintenance. This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of makes and models — including diesel engines. and European models — in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where technical ability and professionalism are valued.

We are NOT looking for average. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce at a high level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive schematics and advanced diagnostic tools
• Diagnose and repair powertrain components, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines
• Perform routine maintenance including oil services, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and inspections
• Repair or replace ADAS components and perform calibrations as required
• Complete mechanical repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex issues
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair equipment effectively
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed
• Assist with estimating repair costs when needed
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, and diesel repair
• Familiarity with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent mechanical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills
• Service technician experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must have your own professional mechanic tool set with box

That’s why we offer a 20/20 split pay plan:

✔ $20/hour for every hour clocked in (includes overtime)
✔ $20/hour for every flag hour produced

This structure protects you during slower days or weeks while still rewarding strong production.

Performance Bonuses:

Meet your 40 flag hour goal → $250 bonus
Hit 50 flag hours → Additional $500 bonus

We designed this pay plan to guarantee income when flag hours are hindered while still allowing productive technicians to maximize their earnings.
