Compensation and Pay Structure

• $40–$57.50 per hour flat rate, depending on ASE certifications and experience
• Up to $143,000 per year based on performance
• $50/hour for ASE Master Techs with A9 & L1 certifications (includes limited guarantee)
• Monthly production bonuses up to $800+
• Tool allowance and performance recognition rewards

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service engines, brakes, drivability, suspension, and transmissions
• Perform thorough inspections and communicate findings with service advisors
• Follow safety standards and complete work efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative shop culture
• Participate in ongoing improvement and team-based initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of professional automotive experience
• ASE Certified (additional pay for A9 & L1; we’ll sponsor further certifications)
• Strong diagnostic and drivability expertise
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism, accountability, and a team-first mindset
• No entry-level applicants — we’re hiring experienced A-Level professionals only
