Ali & Sons is looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to support workshop operations and ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest performance and safety standards. This role is critical in delivering reliable service, maintaining quality workmanship, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic maintenance and minor service repairs in line with MG guidelines and company SOPs.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty or worn vehicle components as per job orders.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
• Use diagnostic tools (e.g., VDS scanners) to identify and resolve faults.
• Assist diagnostic technicians in troubleshooting and complex repairs when required.
• Maintain accurate job records, including clear write-ups and reporting of safety concerns.
• Follow job allocation procedures, including proper clock-in/out on assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor for job progress and parts availability.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
• Continuously update technical knowledge through training and development programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Certification as a Brand Advanced Technician is required.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and repair techniques.
• Basic computer literacy for system updates and job tracking.
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
