We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing efficient and accurate repairs, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and at least 3-4 years of experience working as an Auto Mechanic in the GCC region.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify problems.
Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding diagnoses and repair options.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Inspect vehicles for damage and safety concerns.
Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles (if applicable).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a recognized automotive mechanic apprenticeship or vocational training program is preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic in the GCC region is REQUIRED.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Knowledge of GCC vehicle regulations and standards is a plus.
