Auto Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing efficient and accurate repairs, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and at least 3-4 years of experience working as an Auto Mechanic in the GCC region.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify problems.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding diagnoses and repair options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and safety concerns.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized automotive mechanic apprenticeship or vocational training program is preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic in the GCC region is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of GCC vehicle regulations and standards is a plus.
