Compensation & Bonus

• $70,000 – $80,000/year (based on experience)
• Weekly production bonus (on top of base pay)

• Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections to keep vehicles running smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex automotive problems and find effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety in the shop.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle's condition and recommended repairs to build trust.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues with precision and efficiency.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to solve complex automotive problems.

• Strong communication skills to clearly explain vehicle conditions and recommended repairs to customers.
