Automotive Technician- Mercedes

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
• Use Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems (e.g., Xentry, STAR Diagnosis) to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Carry out scheduled services, engine repairs, transmission work, suspension, braking systems, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect vehicles for safety, performance, and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all repairs meet Mercedes-Benz quality standards and UAE roadworthiness regulations.
• Accurately document job cards, inspection reports, and warranty claims.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to service advisors and workshop supervisors.
• Adhere to workshop safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in technical training and certification programs as required by Mercedes-Benz.
• Support workshop productivity targets and customer satisfaction objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Mercedes-Benz or other premium German brands.
• Strong knowledge of modern automotive electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience working with diagnostic software and computerized testing equipment.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC automotive market is an advantage.
